What
is it?
This
is a training program used by professional
athletes to increase speed, agility,
flexibility, coordination, conditioning, core
strength and
decrease the risk of injury.
What
types of exercises and drills are taught?
Each
session we will coordinate different running and
plyometric drills using cones, speed ladders,
medicine balls, speed hurdles, jump ropes and bands.
We will begin with stretching and go into
different drills that will help the athletes’
speed, agility & strength.
This
will increase the players’ explosiveness and
overall speed.
It has been proven that a player’s core
strength and leg strength are the most important
part of the body in providing power for explosive
running and changing direction and we aim to increase both
to help athletes be at peak
performance.

We
are a mobile business that can train any athlete
in just about any part of San Diego. We offer
private one on one training as well as small or
large group training. We have a very friendly and
knowledgeable staff that works very hard to design
the right workout for your sport and goals and we
offer a very positive atmosphere during training
sessions. We offer training sessions on a session
to session basis, an 12 session, 16 session, or 20
session program with greater savings for the
